Individual Strategy Paper
Introduction
The paper is aimed to apply the strategic management approach to the personal life. For this purpose, the paper is going to use Me Inc. approach to conduct vision, mission, and strategy analysis to apply to my personal career. It is considered as very important to develop the strategies for the personal career goals and objectives so that the organizations one need to join can easily look at the career view of the organization. The paper includes a personal vision statement, personal mission statement, goals, personal values, contributors and strategies that are applied to my personal career.
Vision Statement
A personal vision statement is very important to develop beyond thinking of the vision of the employer or organization. A personal vision statement is actually an imagination of the one’s own future in terms of better development and progress. One can never be able to lead others until he/she has a strong imagination and understanding who he/she is and for what he/she stands for. A vision statement is completely about the future, mainly result in long term goals and aims of the life. The present conditions might be difficult or unsatisfactory; therefore, a vision statement is to envision the future satisfactions (Swartz).
My personal vision statement is to climb up the organizational structure ladder to reach to the top management positions within the structure such as CEO, COO, and CFO. My vision is to enhance, improve and polish my personal expertise and skills to the level of top experience and knowledge so that I can easily achieve the top positions in the leading organizations. The personal vision statement shows my personal aims and purposes behind my professional experience and career. My personal statement shows that my aim to join the well known and well established organization is actually meant to chase their hierarchies as long term objectives and goals of reaching to the top managerial positions.
A personal statement of mission is also important as it is a very powerful instrument to provide a way to the future success. Mission statement is different from the vision statement as it can change with time with the personal achievements. It is obvious that as one gets older, he/she gets more knowledge and experience and new skills in life. With the help of sharing mission statement, there are more chances of getting support from others to achieve it. A personal mission statement can also be called as the expression of personal values, goals, and vision. It is very important to develop persona mission statement, although not more than developing mission statement of the organization as a CEO of the company. A personal mission statement helps to think of what others can associate with one’s name. The success of the personal career is mainly based on the consistency of the mission statement and therefore, defining the mission is very important for the personal career success (Vozza; Cooper).
My personal mission statement is to serve the people and system as a leader and to implement principles and codes of ethics to make myself significant different. Leadership is very important for the modern and contemporary organizations to process creativity and innovation in the organization by leading others rather than managing them, therefore, my mission is to serve as a leader is directly aligned to my vision of climbing up to the top leading positions in the organizations.
Goals
Based on the mission and vision statement defined above, I have some career goals that can be classified as short term and long term goals. The mission statement usually results in short term goals and vision statement results in long term goals. It is very important to set goals before going to start career plan and actions. My goals are simple and directly associated with my personal mission and vision statement.

My family is one of the major contributors in my career as I want to be a good son, husband, and father to make the world a better place for my parents, wife and children. My personal skills and code of conducts are directly related to what my parents taught me. My family always supports me in my objectives and goals.

My friends always stand along with me, and I know for them that whenever I have a problem, they will come to help me. Friends are the best supporters in life.
My World
Working in the well progressive and established organizations, I want to develop and produce the products and services to help the people around the world to meet their needs and desires as w ell as their achievements. I want to have a long lasting impact on my services and experience on their lives in a better way.
My employers
The opportunity given by the employers is very important to me to achieve my career objectives. In addition to this, the need of the innovation, creativity, and leadership to solve the problems and to achieve the revenue, sales and profitability of the organization are also important in developing my career objectives.
My Community
My community is also important in my career goals and objectives. I want to use my learning, talent, skills and knowledge in such a way as I can give something better to my community in return.
Core Values
Values are very important for the personal vision and mission statement. Values are considered as important part of strategic management; therefore, I developed my personal core values for my career strategic management. My personal core values are as follows:
Creativity: my first core value is to bring new ideas to increase the creativity of the organization.
Decision making & Problem solving: to develop a leadership environment for the successful decision making to solve the problems
Hard working: to contribute positively to the organization, community and the world as the whole by working hard and making all efforts for the positive results.
Positivism: positivity is very important to facilitate the better working environment.
Compassionate: it is also important to treat others kindly with dignity, respect, and admiration.
Intelligence and Smartness: in the modern business world, where, the competition is very high both at the professional and organizational level, therefore, intelligence and smartness is one of the major values to achieve competitive advantage.
Strategies
Enhancing my education
Although I have already completed my courses in accountings, I will also get degrees of higher level of education relevant to my subjects and courses. To achieve the CEO position, holding a degree in education is very important. Almost all CEOs around the world hold degrees such as MBA in different subjects like business, economics, finance, social sciences and accountings, etc. Along with my job experiences and career development, I will also improve my education level.
Learning of organizational behavior from others
I have already learned various organizational norms, values and behaviors as a student and also working in C&A clothing and IFS. China. However, my learning is not enough to approach the position of top leaders in the company; therefore, I will join other well progressed organizations to learn the behaviors of others. Learning professional behavior is very important to become CEO or COO or CFO in any firm as the top leaders inspire the employees.
Developing career
The well established and large organizations are usually complicated in terms of their system. However, for their CEO, CFO and COO positions, they prefer the internal candidates rather than outsiders. Therefore, it is very important for me to go through a process of developing a career by working in different positions within a large organization. The well polished career will also attract other organizations to hire me as their top leader.
Join Multinational Organization
Working and running the largest organization, more particularly in the multinational organization is very significant to get offered for the top leading positions. Within a multinational firm, I will substantially move from different operational roles.
