Reflection Paper
The main goal in conducting this mock conference for teachers, parents, and children is to determine the factors that will help them gain knowledge about how they should communicate with one another and achieve a certain target of being able to discover and accomplish the things that are necessary to uphold optimistic outcomes for families and communities. It aims to amplify excellence in the early education of a child, which focuses on the proficiency of educators and the family unit. The takeaways in the course of this conference are the different roles and perspectives on how to correspond with families regarding their child’s overall progress at home and in school.
Meanwhile, the symposium apprehended the importance of parental support and guidance. Different approaches and ways of thinking shall show the way to the aspiration of everyone involved in acquiring knowledge, immersing in details, and applying affirmative interactions as the groundwork with young child learners. In addition, the mock conference highlighted the significance of working with parents and teachers to obtain the preeminent and promising end result for the progress of the children in their education as well as in their community.
Rationale
The idea of the Mock Conference and Observation on Child, Family and Community was to achieve an understanding of the fundamental conception about the involvement of parents, teachers, and the community in a child’s growth during the early education stage. This artifact is preferred for this paper because it can go beyond determining the learning strategies or techniques that will be beneficial in achieving long-term goals. Hence, this identifies with the aptitude being provided by the mock conference, to be able to share thoughts and judgment regarding the development of a child in line with the supervision and guidance of their parents and teachers.
