Parents' negative responsibility attributions concerning their child's bad behavior are associated with a perception that the kids have additional behavior issues. Parent attributions were assessed thereafter on child important and parent-causal perspectives. Results showed that mothers registered additional externalizing behavior issues in their kids than fathers did, and fathers of boys registered additional kid behavior issues than parents of ladies. These analyzes infer that parents' negative culpability ascriptions of the child's demeanor were related to larger conception of youth externalizing issues on behalf of oldsters and their partners.
