Introduction
The jungle fever movie by spike lee concentrated on sexual attraction and relationships between members of two different races. An interracial affair that was between two different communities had a lot of repercussions as this is well examined by Spike Lee. One interpretation of Spike Lee's film is that Jungle Fever is simply the result of people from different races succumbing to curiosity, but that the end result will always be problematic. This is clearly seen in the movie from the way Wesley snipes behaved.
Wesley snipes (flipper purify) was a very successful architect and he was happily married to McKee and they a daughter. His architectural firm is given a new secretary known as Angie. Later it is realized that the two start having a sexual affair and they promise each other great things. The rumor about the sexual affair spread and was never received well by the family, friends and the neighbors. There was a lot of societal pressure and this made them say that they were only friends and had nothing more than friendship.
New York City had different color schemes, music and cinematography and all this showed the complications about the different ethnic groups. The blacks of Harlem and the Italians from Bensonhurst experienced segregation form the rest of the ethnic groups. Angie was the first Italians of Bensonhurst to come across the area residence of Wesley snipes.
The two shared their experiences about the racial segregation that they underwent but they seem to think deep after they leave each other. Due to the racial animosity, it can be noted that the two had nothing other than sexual attraction and feelings towards each other. No one is comfortable to marry the other even if there was a chance. After Wesley wife learns about the sexual affair she becomes crazy and this is the beginning of problems.
