It is indeed shocking how someone could disenfranchise a particular group of people belonging to a given race, nationality or tribe while they love and are proud of genres of music associated with this people. Notably, there seems to be a disgusting disconnect between social integration and music preference. These factors could be economical, bitter historical happenings, political and religion differences.
It is very unpleasant that you could discriminate people while enjoying their music. The world’s ideology that enables the existence of such a disgusting attitude according to my strong conviction is less reference to unconditional love to all people. I felt that if someone loves and consumes other’s music, which gladdens their souls and makes them happy, they should unconditionally love and never discriminate the creators of the music.
This attitude is not inevitably part of us though I am surely ambivalent on this matter. Music is very important and I think it is a very useful tool in cultural integration, national identities, individual development and communication. Therefore I have a bullnecked opinion that people sharing and loving each other’s music should do so in their socio-economic relationships also.
In conclusion, the disconnection between the identity of music and the creator should not exist since music primarily express the totality of the culture and social life of people. Nevertheless, I reorganize that music may not help in breaking tribalism because of other factors like the political environment and historical happenings. For instance Marginalization of populations in Roma, Gitanos, African-Americans Afro-Cubans, and indigenous Andeans is mainly because of historical happenings, economic and racial differences yet their music have greatly shaped music in USA and Spain.
