Reflective Summary of My Leadership Strengths and Development Needs
Adaptable, inventive, and easygoing.this does NOT describe me at all. I mean, not so for the most part. These areas need work.
After listing and discussing my strongest competencies, I will then explain a plan to conquer the stated competencies that need work.
1. Tactful-I am quick and know my way around usually ANY scenario.
2. Accurate-I am to the point, letter by letter and word for word impeccable.
3. Academic-My language and vocabulary demonstrate my level of sophistication.
4. Competitive-I always fight for the “best seat in the house”.
5. Astute-I am as wise as a serpent, as the old saying goes. I am quick and smart here.
My strengths tend to be typical of right brain thinkers and analystswhich is what I am. I study. I test and analyze.
As a result, I am not: adaptable, inventive, or easygoing. These do NOT describe me at all. Those are left brain strengths, usuallythough there are exceptions, as in anything else out there. Typically, they are seen in left brain oriented individuals. Such people are more creative and imaginative in nature. They tell stories; they envision worlds. They adapt to new fantasies and invent.
My plan for adapting my least strong competencies is by, first of all, relaxing more. People such as myself are overthinkers. We overthink, overanalyze, and overcompete in all areas of life.
Next, after I am more relaxed.I can escape. I can create my own world of analytical and logical, sound fantasies.or something like that. I can place the people, places, and items I desire in my fantasies. This will balance me out, and give me a bit more competency in the areas which lack.over time. Everyone wins.
