Introduction
I define my place as the area where I live and perform my daily activities. This definition allows me to extend my place from West Bellevue, where I reside, to Bothell, where I school as shown in Figure 7. The interstate 405 acts as the Eastern border of my place, stretching from the intersection with interstate 90 (Figure 8: intersection) to Cedar Grove Park (Figure 9: log boom park). The southern border is the interstate 90 while Lake Washington borders on the West. The western border stretches to Abbey View Memorial Park situated northwest of Cascadia Community College in Bothell. On the north, my place is bordered by Cedar Grove Park and Interstate 405 (Figure 9). My place is is located at 47°46′18″N 122°12′16″W. The Sammamish River is the longest stretching from Lake Washington on the west to Lake Sammamish on the east. My place is located in to counties the King County, where the largest portion lies and the Snohomish County. The most interesting thing about my place is that some avenues change names when they cross into the other county.
