No Topic Essay

While I have enjoyed just about every class in my three years at JCT in the Technology Marketing and Management Department, this project has encapsulated all of our prior knowledge and challenged us in preparation for the experiences we will face after graduation. The exposure to so many professionals in different fields that will use our expertise has shown me how practical the advantages of this course of study are. The articles that we have read, from so many different viewpoints, have prepared me to view marketing from the perspective of the customer – and the analyst.
Without the constant support and advice from our mentor and supervisor, Professor Michael Humphries, I would not be nearly as prepared for my marketing career as I will be upon graduation. In addition to teaching our marketing classes, Professor Humphries supervised our projects from beginning to end and was there to provide comments and to give us direction when we had reached the end of our rope and were about ready to throw our projects out the window. Without his guidance, I would have given up. Also, Rav Geller, the director of the English Speaker’s Program and a valued member of the Webyeshiva staff, helped me time and time again to bring this project to completion.
I would also like to thank Project Coordinator Dr. Brian Polin, and Dr. Avi Kay, director of the JCT Business Department. Their insight and advice have also helped me progress to the point where I feel I will be a highly valuable asset to the firm that hires me upon graduation.
Last, I want to express my appreciation for all of the help that WebYeshiva has given me throughout this entire project. Mr. Jeff Sacks, CEO; Rav Brovender, President; and all of the rest of the staff have worked with me with great grace and patience as I have put this project together.
