Human Resource Issues
Along with the safety procedures and the other topics covered in the course, I would like to know about some direct benefits to an organization that would promote its final growth. Human resource is mainly majored toward providing a safe environment to an employee and making sure that the employee is working in the required standards by ethics and by law. But I should think that a study on human resource should also be among the considerable factors that would promote the growth of a business. Taking an example if employees work in the required environment they get motivated and hence more productivity is achieved from them. Such kind of secrets that probably many organizations do not consider as they major to maximise their profits are mainly what I will be looking out for in this course.
I do not have any experience as of yet of any safety issues in workplaces but will be looking forward to joining safety organizations and spreading as well as practicing the gospel of safety min employment areas.
I love working with teams so I wish to become a Project Manager. This way I will ensure that the safety and health issues that may be concerning the members of my team as well as I are met for optimum results. As a team leader I will encourage my team members to address to me any areas they feel that their safety is not being covered to the required standard.
