Reflection
Introduction
The paper discusses most important insights that I have gained during the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program. It describes my learning and experience during entering and leaving the program. The paper discusses my performance and challenges in the future.
I was not much aware of the program and its knowledge while I enter the program. I was a little bit confused and unaware about the traditional areas of business. I found the new environment and tried to adjust myself. I have developed different approaches to BSBA program sharpening my skills and capabilities. The program helped me to improve my personal abilities and perform different task in a timely manner. I used to go the library, meet with different people, and read useful business books.
On Leaving the Program
I improved myself and developed various approaches On Leaving the Program. I have learned different areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, and management. I have improved my knowledge and capabilities and handled different challenges in an effective manner. I have understood the broad business functions, expand technological literacy, improved professional skills, and developed my personality.
My Performance and Self-Evaluation
I have evaluated my performance and found that I had improved my performance and abilities after completing the program. The improved performance capabilities will help me to start my professional career in an efficient manner.
My Performance in the SIM
I can perform very tasks and manifest many things in an effective manner. I am satisfied with my performance and abilities that I gained from the program.
My Challenges for the Future
I can face different challenges in my new journey that may affect my performance. I have little information about real work and not financially prepared to purchases homes and expensive cars and other things. The lifestyle adjustment is also an important challenge to adjust me in new professional culture .
