Question 1
Despite the fact that the bureaucracy gets little fanfare, it is still very important branch of the congress. Among the major reason for its importance is the fact that the bureaucrats give a clear definition of policies, make rules to interpret the law, assist the government in law enforcement and also coordinates the working of the government. Bureaucracy works hand in hand with the congress during policies formulation. Being in the iron triangle the bureaucracy has the potential to stop any bad decisions made by the executive. This therefore helps in protecting public interest and ensures that the interests of the state are placed before those of individuals and minority are not exploited. Due to this, individuals should therefore give a lot of fanfare to the bureaucracy instead of seeing it as being less important.
Question 2
Today, the courts are becoming less essential. People rarely find justice in the same courts that should be protecting their freedoms and rights. They do this to fulfill their selfish interests at the expense of the less powerful citizens who are at their mercy. Judges are continuously becoming greedy taking bribes right, left and center. If the courts are to have any meaning to the present society, lawyers, judges and magistrates should uphold ethics and the courts given true independence or else they continue being tools of political powers.

This shall bring to an end the question of the validity of gay marriages that has been debated for long.
