According to this data, I would like to report that the performance of this firm is not encouraging. There is a very wide margin between the targeted and the actual returns contrary to what was calculated by the firm’s management (Gomez-Mejia, L. R. et al. , 2008).
I think, this might have resulted from the poor performance particularly but her top management(Gomez-Mejia, L.R. et al , 2008). May be, this was an unrealistic and overambitious goal that the firm, in its normal conditions, was not able to accomplish.
Besides, it might have resulted from poor planning and coordination of the affairs in nearly all the departments of the firm (Kleiman, L. S., 2010). It seems that each and every person is doing his own things unlike collectively working for the good of the firm.
Hence, in my opinion, I would strongly suggest that for this firm to improve its performance, it should be well managed and supervised (Manfred F. R. K.V., 2003). This will see it achieve its realistically set long and short term goals.
