In a find blend of both sides of my personality, I want to be the creative artist and
mechanical engineer to be the versatile Orthodontist who brings about the beautiful
masterpiece smile. With my team of technicians, I will use logical and precisely
calculated treatment, and the tactile senses of the hands, to manipulate wires, brackets,
and appliances in a harmoniously choreographed movement of teeth with ultimate results
into that brilliantly beautiful smile, one patient at a time. Another facet I enjoy about
Orthodontics is the very personal one-on-one time with each patient, the connection when
discussing treatments, and the shared steps of positive progress towards the end results.
I am a creative and artistic person who also incorporates logical thinking and
problem-solving strategies for a firm foundation in personal ideals. My objectives to
enter this graduate program are to become a practicing orthodontist who plays a clinical
role using the highest cutting-edge treatment standards, to continue my personal
education and research in the ever-changing technology in Orthodontics, and to
collaborate in new methods and innovative ideas in Orthodontics.
My personal vision fuels my objectives to find a point of convergence between
science, art, and evolving technology which will continuously raise the standards of
patient treatment and quality of service. As a professional, I must constantly be moving
forward in self-improvement, meeting new challenges in Orthodontics, and providing the
highest quality care for each individual case.
I sincerely desire to be admitted to your highly respected Orthodontic program,
and upon my completion of the program, I will enter into the Orthodontic practice and be
able to begin giving back to the community through one smile at a time. I want to further
my ties with the Orthodontic program by committing myself to research, development,
and patented alternative methods of Orthodontic treatments.
