I have known Vladimir for fifteen years. He helps me to fix various appliances in my café and he always performs his obligations completely, qualitatively and on time. I can trust him completely. Vladimir was so kind to agree to work at night in order not to disturb the clients in the café, and I usually do not stay there with him, I just leave him the keys and he returns them to me in the morning when he is done with repairs. During the years of our cooperation he has proven to me many times that he is a loyal and honest worker.
Several years ago there was a case when I had a wedding to be catered in my café, and the ice machine unexpectedly broke right before the event. I was desperate because without the ice machine the food would be spoiled and that meant that the wedding would be ruined, and with that the good reputation of my café would be ruined too. I knew that Vladimir with his family was on his way to Disney World where they planned to spend a vacation, but there was no time to look through advertisements searching for some other person who could fix the ice machine immediately, so I dialed Vladimir’s number, explained the situation to him and asked him if he could recommend anyone who could come urgently because I needed to save the wedding. Having heard that the reason was so important, Vladimir did something that I could not even expect: he sent his wife with their daughters to Disney World by themselves, and he returned to the city to fix the ice machine, and after that he joined his family in Disney World. I was greatly impressed and touched by his compassion, kindness and willingness to help; I did not even ask him to change his plans but he did it in order not to spoil the wedding for my clients. I was very grateful to him for saving me and the wedding!
