Re: Plans for Academic Instruction for the Coming School Year
Dear Sirs/Mesdames:
At the onset of another academic year, we welcome your students to another productive and highly informative school year. As members of a collaborative team, we have great plans in terms of designing your children’s curricula and other instructional strategies deemed instrumental in catering to the distinct academic requirements of children. As such, we acknowledge that we would be able to provide a more holistic approach to learning if parents, other family members, are carers of these students would collaborate and assist in the education process; particularly in disclosing the crucial information that would enhance the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities of your children.
The school has planned a lot of fun; yet educational activities for your children according to their academic levels, skills and competencies, as well as instructional approaches that are known to be effective to address varied academic needs. At this point, the collaborative team would like to hear from our dear parents who are encouraged to communicate with us either through responding to this letter, by email (school’), or through personal visits to the school. We acknowledge that active listening is our forte . Rest assured that any concern regarding your children would be treated with utmost privacy and confidentiality.
We would love to hear your inputs, comments, and suggestions on ways to better address concerns that you think would assist in applying the most effective instructional approach and methods for your children. With a collaborative learning environment, we are confident that we would be providing only the best education that you children aptly deserves.
