It is analyzed from the discussion that the specification of the balanced scorecard is quite impressive as it is in the detailed and managed form. There are segments of the requirements in the balanced scorecard. Herein, it should be noted that the balanced scorecard is a strategic planning and management system that is usually used by the organizations to improve the overall performance. It helps to improve and manage the internal and external communication, and it also monitors the performance of the organization (Kaplan & Norton, 2013).

As according to William the company is fully aware of their weaknesses and they know which area should be improved and promoted towards the growth. Also, with the help of balanced scorecard effective measurement can be done which helps to drive the performance.
