The development of modern artistry and architectural works is an inspiration drawn from the ancient architectural designs and artistic works. It is important to understand the foundation of the architecture that dominated the 19th century towards the 20th century. The era was dominated by classical arts that tended to shape the events of the time. Then later the romantic arts emerged as repulsion to the classical ideology of artistry (David 15-23). It is essential in the American history that certain types of architecture influence the modern day designs that still have many structures that portray or completely use this architecture in the design of buildings and other structures ("Ancient Greek to Modern Architecture with Greek Influence"). The romantic arts had much influence on the architecture that was used throughout the 20th century into the 21st century. In this period, architecture was used to create impressions and to depict cultures that existed. The Greek culture influenced the architecture that was used in the days through the design of buildings. Similarly, American architecture was used in the American context to create structures that conformed to their culture (Moore 23-30). In this regard, there were numerous architectures that rose from different powers of the world clearly depicted their beliefs and cultures.
Architectures that had much influence
The Greek architecture has been one of the influential architectures in the world for several centuries. In the ancient days, many artists drew inspiration from the Greek style of architecture to inspire the development of various structures in the America. The types of architectures included the following; Ionic, Doric, Corinthian, Amphitheatre, and monument architectures. Given the modern structures, the Amphitheatre architecture has been influential to the artwork. Several designs that are currently used have deployed the type to create the romantic nature of designs that influence the art ("Capitol Hill Neoclassical Architecture"). It is important to understand that modern day stadiums are an influence of the amphitheater designs of architectures. Numerous aspects of designs continue to use the designs to date. All over the world, every country has its sports facilities build using the architecture that directly correlates to the amphitheater. In this regard, several designs are considerately part of the desired impression that the architecture has created. It is paramount to understand the dynamics of the designs that has resulted in the development of modern-day romantic circuits. It draws hollow designs that take the shape of the ancient Greek designs to give the desired impression ("Greek Revival Architecture in America"). The parameters of the architectural works have been diverse and used the old American stadium designs. The Arlington Stadium in Virginia was one of the ancient stadiums built using the architecture. Additionally, Michigan State University also built their stadium using the architecture. The spate of modern designs of stadia also takes the styles of the ancient designs drawn from the Amphitheater architecture.
Most dramatic architecture
Theater architecture is the most dramatic design due to its structural makeup. In the view of the architecture, the creation of the design has certain features that make it more dramatic. It is essential to consider the features of the design to understand the dramatic analogy of the structures built using the architecture. The orchestra built at the center of the structure to serve as a dancing space in the structure. The development of the structures makes it more interesting as it is supported by the skene and theatre. Skene is the tent that surrounded the structure while theatre acted as a viewing space for the structure. It is thus essential to understand the dynamics of the architecture to notice the dramatic aspect of the design ("Its Influence on American Architecture”). With tent covering the design, it becomes one of the least popular architecture in modern day as people and architects prefer more robust and comprehensive designs that seem appealing to the modern generation.
The most mysterious architecture
The mystery surrounding the development of architectural structures has been considered the best form of mannerism shown by designers in the creation of beauty. According to the architectural designs, the mysterious architecture is the aqueducts. In the ancient Greek empire, these architectures were used to create water supplies to the villages as well as guarantee water to the people in urban setups ("The Impact of Ancient Greece on the Modern World"). The architectures were mysterious due to the creativity at the time when water shortage had surfaced in many cities of the Greek and Roman empires. The aspect of development that was done using the architecture became the cornerstone of the development. It became popular in Germany, Turkey, France, and Spain.
My choice
If I were living next to the architecture, I would choose Bath Houses architecture due to a range of fitness capabilities it offers. It is made of several baths, exercise rooms and therapy areas that make it fit for healthy living.
Top of my list
Bath Houses would be top. The modern lifestyle requires exercise to keep fit and healthy. As a result, it is necessary to have knowledge of the design.
Last in the list
Theater architecture would be the last. There is little excitement regarding this architecture as it is a preserve of very few and does not bear any general significance to the people in a modern day.
