Vision Statement: To grow and develop career-wise thus able to offer services beyond compare in my community
The values that will govern my behavior include integrity, transparency, accountability, happiness and respect for all. Besides, my behavior will be guided by principles such as self-control, diligence, self-discipline and ethical conduct.
2. Assessments
I am dynamic and ever flexible thus being able to adopt the changing world environment. Besides, I am hardworking thus able to attain my plans before the deadline. Besides, I get to the basis of anything very easily thus able to acquire knowledge and skills very fast. On the other hand, I have some weaknesses that may not match with my mission, vision, and value statements. For instance, I lose my tempers very easily something that may affect having fun in my life. Besides, I like working very much thus unable have enough time for rest. I have a feeling that this may affect the level of enjoying my life.
3. Customer Base
The community from where I come from is the one who is interested in the skills and products I offer. I am committed to offering service to the community in fields such as poverty eradication, environmental conservation and advisory service to the youth on how to improve their behavior and on ways of generating funds for survival. My potential customers are the youth from my community.
4. Product Line
I offer community service to the youth in my village. I provide them with specialized offerings in the areas mentioned above. I offer my products for the improvement of the living standards of the members of the community. The services are special because they play a great role in bringing society members together. The product line is paying back to the community, and I offer the products and services for free thus making it hard for others to imitate because no monetary compensation.
5. Capital Investments & Profit
I have invested much in education to enhance my knowledge and skills. In fact, I have advanced my skills and knowledge than it was one year and three years ago. I use the knowledge and skills acquired to promote the growth and development of my community. I measure the number of projects operating in my community to measure my profitability. I always receive feedback from other regarding my progress more often. I benchmark with other developed communities to gain experience on what further strategies I should implement in my community. My income is not the only measure there are other measures such as determining the number of youths who have joined the school and those who have got employment.
6. Growth Objectives
I need to improve on controlling my tempers as one way of promoting my success within a stretch of 10 to 12 weeks. This is an area where I have some weaknesses, and I feel it is important to foster an improvement. Currently, I find it difficult to control my tempers when wronged. On the other hand, I would need to improve on how to balance work and life within one to two years. I give work much concentration and fail to rest currently. Improving these two weaknesses will assist me in growing and developing my career.
