Most Common Times of Day for Purchasing
A pivot table is created to identify the most common timings of the day for purchasing. In this regard, the given data is modified in a way that a column of day section is introduced by adding a function of IF. The “At Work” timings are assumed from 8 am to 7 pm, whereas, the remaining timings show a status of “At Home”. The following pivot table clearly identifies that the customer tends to purchase more during the office timings i-e. “At Work”, as compared to the home timings i-e “At Home”. Moreover, the following pivot table also clearly depicts that the payment method of “Credit” is more utilized as compared to the payment method of “PayPal”. Precisely, people used to buy more products during day timings while using credit payment method (Excel Easy, 2014).
Relationship between Region, Product and Sale Price
The following pivot table shows the relationship between regions, product and sale price of the product. The pivot table clearly depicts that the “West” region has the most sale, whereas, the “North” region has the least sale. In terms of product, the “West” region has the highest sale in “Book” as compared to “Online” and the “North” region has the least sale “Online”.

The following pivot table clearly shows that the “Web” source sale price is much higher than the source “Email” sale price. Moreover, the pivot table depicts the comparison of the regions i-e the “West” has the most sale price, whereas, the “North” has the least sale price.
