DuQu worm, remote code execution kernel vulnerability, Adobe abandons Flash for mobile, your questions, and more.
This podcast is interesting as it provides some reflections on the topics mentioned above. DuQu worm is the latest security threat and is well described in this podcast. Next topic is remote code execution kernel vulnerability which also provides some interesting and intriguing points on this subject with the podcaster describing in detail what goes on.
LAN Security is also discussed at length in Adobe abandons Flash for mobile. Steve Gibson waxes pretty lyrical about this topic and he also describes the intrinsic nature of the Adobe software which moves along quite well too. Security threats are perhaps not so much of an issue here too.
This latest podcast from Steve Gibson provides us with quite a few interesting topics. First of all there’s the question of the kernel problems which is dealt with in substantial detail and which covers an extensive section of the podcast.
The next section deals with the Duqu worm and how these work with a number of interesting observations throughout posing different problems. The worm is intriguing in itself as it indicates how these same immune cells can cause substantial problems if they do not function properly.
The latter topic is rather over dramatic in this sense but makes for very interesting listening on all counts.
This podcast is definitely a hugely intriguing and interesting one as it covers a vast number of topics which make for very interesting listening. The chapters are subtly divided into listenable parts which have their own sub topics and all these are also very descriptive.
