Discussion Question
Older workers keep organizations to have their workforces at full strengths, but there are also other groups who can keep the workforce at strength. The middle-aged workers are also important and are influential probably because of numerous responsibilities. Such middle-aged employees work hard, and they register more speed in their production even more that older workers. They give better judgment and experience with valid memories, and they face fewer accidents during work. Younger groups who may be in their youths are also important since they are starters in the working environment (Kathryn et al., 133). The young age is energetic, innovative, mobile and most healthy as compared to the other age groups. Transitional activities need the younger workers who are most important in the movement and can easily adapt to changes with the excitement to work.
The cost of hiring at times becomes expensive and organizations may opt not to hire new workers thus just retain the older ones. Organizations assume that older workers are more experienced and have most skills and knowledge. Therefore, involve the older workers in training and mentoring of new technologies so that there is no need of hiring new workers (Kathryn et al., 135). Most available workers are recognized positively and valued in organizations therefore hiring new workers get inhibited, and older workers are retained. Reduced costs of turnover assists skilled workers to continue with their jobs, therefore, most organizations do not hire new workers. Older workers are then put through flexible and more part-time working.
Strategies to Implement as an Old Worker in Order to Avoid Discrimination
As an older worker, I would ensure that I go through training sessions and never miss such opportunities. Training gives more knowledge that would assist in improving functions and therefore getting better as an older worker gives more respect. I would participate in promotional activities that will ensure age biases does not take place in my working place. I would also share skills with the younger workers who are most likely to discriminate me and show them that I am also important.
Assignment Question
What Measures can be taken by the League to ensure that NFL Organizations are considering Minority Candidates Rather than bringing them for Interviews?
Minority candidates can be affiliated into the league so that more opportunities can be created for the experience. Instead of just bringing candidates for interviews, they should be considered for equal employment despite the race or class. Interviews should then come last inconsideration after considering equality and giving more opportunities for advancement.
Can you think of a Better Program you would Institute to Improve NASCAR’s Participation from Minority Divers?
A better program can be the diversity program of the Sprint Cup Series and diversity initiative. NASCAR can support its crewmember candidates and encourage a couple of episodes to impress the drivers. Stock car racing can be enabled by the help of body sanctioning and teams of diversity.

No, the golf clubhouses are already owned homogenously, and there should be opportunities to allow heterogeneous groups also to own the clubhouses and courses. Semi-private clubs, private clubs, and tiered membership should be allowed, and homogenous groups discouraged.
Considering that the NBA denies and Referee Bias, How Can the League Ensure Fairness on the Court?
In order to ensure fairness, the league should go through all major sports and prove all the biased actions that have existed. Comments that are unprecedented should not be used for rushing to the court, and the officiating careers should be directed to league’s officials and directors.
How Can an Independent Entity Oversee Referee Evaluation?
An independent entity can oversee the referee evaluation by reporting challenges that face the referees. Having an insight about the challenges faced can be of importance because major management acquisitions can then undergo appropriate testing and evaluation (Kathryn & Sondak, 136). Evaluation of referees will then be conducted with respect to quality.

Other diversity issues include a Simpson index for mathematical formulas, diversity of salaries structures and considering of demographics. Associations for golfers and league soccer should also be seen to be issues of diversity.
Key Diversity Challenges Faced by Sports Organizations
These organizations face resistance whereby the employers and employees get to resist diversity. Some of the people in the organization even end up not taking seriously the diversity plans. Other challenges include poor communication, disorganization and poor integration of diversity. NFL also faces similar problems but mostly disorganization. At the NFL, implementation diversity at times becomes unorganized, and it becomes as ineffective as an organization with no plans for diversity.
