Government Politics
The person who creates a new piece of writing or composes a music album out of his own experience of the skill has the right of being the owner of the piece of creation. The court of Law awards him/ her with the right of being the owner and possess the right named the copy right. The privilege is enjoyed by the creator of the resource. The person who uses its resource has to take the permission before using his right judiciously. In the changing world full of fraud, forgery, duplication and plagiarism, the facility of copy right helps the owner to have the delight of using it with the willingness for the benefit of the world. To keep the sanctity of someone’s creation the Government of India has tried to imbibe certain rules and regulations and treat its infringement of copyright as an offence in the eyes of law. The person who knowingly supports infringement is punishable with the hard terms of imprisonment for not less than half a year extending to as long as three years with a sum of nothing less than one thousand USD extendable to four thousand USD depending upon the nature of crime committed. In case there are sufficient substantial evidences provided by the owner of that creation, the penalty can be raised by imposing a strict sentence of imprisonment directly for duration of less than six months or imposing a fine which is less than one thousand USD. All the efforts of the original owner are to be secured by the government so that novelty can get a boost. It helps the imitator to prevent from copying and helps to promote them in making their creation a real masterpiece by undergoing a logical procedure into its making.
