Fiona is currently responsible for managing projects, marketing, scheduling, and the planning of corporate events. She is chiefly responsible for coordinating scheduling with internal and external executives, working within the organization’s many facets to bring these resources to bear, including preparing presentation materials and background documents. Her duties are to coordinate executive meetings and communicate in detail with members of the board and consultants alike to create a schedule that streamlines their respective projects in the most effective way. She assists in preparing and management of pipelines and forecasts, allowing for streamlined allocation of resources and effective time management.

In her previous position, which she held from 2006-2011, she worked with the Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission as a management specialist, spearheading projects and assisting the Executive Management Team with contracts and budgets. She was also responsible for setting asset management policy and performing strategic planning.
Fiona, in the past, also brought her considerable skills to the UNCF (United Negro College Fund) as an executive assistant to the President and CEO, where she was responsible for account managing a monthly dashboard, documenting the financial operations of over 26 area offices. Before that, she was an Underwriting Assistant to Coventry Healthcare, wherein she dealt primarily with the human resource needs of employees, creating policy and monitoring databases.
Fiona is the recipient of many awards received in the past ten years, including the “Creative Programming and Performance Recognition Award,” given for creating a Building Blocks program that promotes job and volunteer skills in teenagers from 13 to 17.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland, University College and a certificate from the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland-College Park.
