Combined Resume

It usually has a history of employment arrange in chronological order with stress laid on skills and level of competencies (Whitcomb, 2011). The resume gives an applicant opportunity to stress qualifications in both chronological and functional terms. Advantages of this resume are that it provides employees with what they are usually seeing, which is work history and skills together with accomplishments. Disadvantages of the hybrid resume are that is not as difficult to prepare as do other resumes (Bennett, 2010).
