Introduction
Employees are the backbone of an organization, in fact that entire brainchild of an organization related to the employees of the company, therefore their motivation and consideration should be on a higher level in order to get the desired result from them. In order to enhance the productivity of an organization, the establishment of teams and groups is more than necessary as it applied two different minds on a single aspect which is extremely important and effective at the same time .
Leadership is a behavior in which a leader would be in charge of doing a certain operation and thing to keep the momentum of the operations of an organization in an effective manner. Being a leader is a challenge, but the associated benefits are always higher for the organizations as well as for the workforce of the organizations. It is always recommended for the organizations to form mature and valuable teams and the team members should have the guts from which they can take numerous and timely decisions in particular.
Only those organizations would get appreciation and effectiveness in an industry which has sufficient organized teams in particular, however the management of these teams in terms of their personal strengths and weaknesses would always be a big challenge for a management of a company. The main mantra of this assignment is to develop a Development Plan, related to me (As a Manager), and other key members of the team. It is required to analyze the characteristics of the team member. The plan should have such activities from which the strengths, weaknesses and other important things could have been analyzed accordingly.
Analytical Framework
There are four different team members associated with my Team. I (Mr. Chuhui) am the manager of the organization and I have four different personalities as team members. All of the primary goals and operations of my company decided by me, therefore one can said me the Master Mind of my organization . I have Antonio, Nicolle, Tonya and Kimberly in my team. All of these members are intelligent and educated. Their enthusiasm and approach towards their job and achieving the goals are tremendous and I am glad to have all of them in my team. It is an obvious fact that not every individual has a flair and complete idea regarding their own strength and abilities therefore it is more than important to make such development plans form which their inner talent and potential would come out as it is an essential for an organization to become lucrative and effective. The plan should include different steps and all of the steps are important to judge the level of capability of the individuals. The Disc Chart of the team is mentioned below
Defining the Core Purpose of the Company
In my view, only those organizations would get certain appreciation that has a great implication towards their employees. In order to be productive and effective, entities have to define the core mantra and objectives of their organizations in front of the employees of the company . It is an obvious fact that every organization has a different objective and goal which relates to its consumers and their core operations, therefore defining the purpose and objective of the company in front of the employees is essential.
The first thing which deem important for the development plan is to define the objective of the company and what is expected from the employees to do. Mr. Chuhui has to approach their employees and should consult the entire structure of the company in front of them. All of the individuals which are in the team having different skills and work sentiments in particular and the objectives of the company should be clear concisely and clearly in front of them. Mr. Chuhui should also describe their own expectation related to the company from their employees.
Consult with them to Give their Opinions
After having a clear cut understanding related to the company, its core operations and deliverables, an organization is all set to utilize their employees in an effective manner. A development plan should have the understandings of the individuals as well in which employee’s own opinion should have been defined appropriately and properly. Mr. Chuhui who had defined the core mantra of the organization are now all set to ask their team members that how they can assist the organization to achieve the goals and increase the strategic position and financial growth of the company . Individualism in this particular section of the development report is more than essential because every individual has a different capability towards a certain objective and they will do the job according to their own capacity and strengths. This is the one of the most important and vital exercises from which the characteristics of the individuals could be gained easily and comprehensively. Mr. Chuhui would certainly get desired information and result through this particular strategy as it will enables them to get the right candidate for the right job at the right time.

Optimism and positivity are some of the major aspects that deem important and significant from the viewpoint of an organization and entities should check and evaluate this particular skill in their employees before choosing them to complete a certain job. An employee with a Can-do approach would be more worthwhile and effective as compared to an employee who doesn’t have such skills in their instincts.
Defining the Problem and Expectation from them
Until and unless, the core need and problem of the organization is seeking is been deliver towards the employees, the employees cannot deliver the best result for that. Mr. Chuhui has to have a firm confidence over their team members in particular and should define the gap and need which they are looking for . Apart from that, expectations from the individuals should also be defined accordingly and effectively to the employees and should deploy the duties according to the strengths and personal interest of the individual. Proper training session should have been arranged for those individuals or team members who are in need of them; because mastery in any discipline is an important thing and it will cover the individual after a certain time frame.
Conclusion
The main mantra of this assignment is to develop a Development Plan, related to me (As a Manager), and other key members of the team. From this entire analysis, it is found that the development plan is perfect which has been just made and it will certainly pay extra attention to the team members in particular. All of my team member should respond to the project development plan and should comply with it as it is made for their future improvements.
