I am writing to thank you for your assistance with my English project. I truly believe that my work and our mutual cooperation will “bear fruit” not only for my classmates and foreigners, who study English as Second Language but also for the future generation , who are going to learn English.
My project will definitely benefit the society. Before starting the project, which is called English essays, its grammar, and formatting system , (AGF), I have researched and read a lot of grammar books, studied the most frequent mistakes which are usually made, and conducted a questionnaire among students. The project’s findings call into question, as the widely accepted theory that students confront with is not grammar, but mainly formatting style and spelling. I have outlined my progress and started working right away.
I have created a program, which has templates of MLA and APA formatting, and quickly transforms the drafts into final paper examples with all the necessary requirements to start writing right away. All the student needs is just to add the title of the topic to the special window,and he will have the desired format in Microsoft Word. While the student is typing, he sees his spelling mistakes and can correct errors simply by pressing the right word,which automatically shows up. I am still adding the data to my program, I understand that my project is not perfect, at least I am still working on it and planning to add the most useful words and phrases in order to help students to write an introduction, main body, and conclusion more effectively.
