The project management
The project planning is regarded as the Scheduling that will guide the management of the project. Project planning is an approach that is important in the management of the project. The project's success is based on the nature of planning that is done at the beginning of the project design. The developed plan helps in decision making that guides the project's operations towards the attainment of the predetermined objectives. The developed plan helps in charting the way the operations of the project will be conducted (Atkinson, Crawford & Ward, 2006). It helps in the attainment of the objective on a timely basis due to the operations that are designed based on the Gantt chart diagram that is an important component of the project plan.
Defining the scope of the project is crucial during the development of the project objectives and goals. It helps in identifying the appropriate resources that are required for the execution of different project activities (Henriksen & Christian, 2010). The scope defines that pathway for the operations of the project. It describes certain deliverables and milestones that need to be achieved on a timely basis for successful completion of a project.
The economic factors of a project take into consideration for the smooth management of the project. It is done by performing the cost estimations and approximations before monetary, and resource allocation is done. The estimates made must be accurate enough so that the resource allocation is meaningful. Methods used in cost approximation should be accurate and appropriate to match the complexity of the designed project (Bendoly et al., 2010). The approaches are faster and economical regarding the available resources. Moreover, an expert should be consulted so that resources are properly utilized.
