Identify how the six stages process for identifying a research topic will be used for your Management Project.
According to Galinafric Ltd, (2007), the Project Management research process is a systematic way to find the information that helps to make business decision. The below figure shows the research process into six steps:

Step 1: Identify stakeholders
The first and most important part of project management research is to develop the relationship between stakeholders. Two main perspectives of stakeholder analysis are considered to clarify the different business choices. First perspective is to understand the importance of stakeholders and second is to develop the relationship between stakeholders.
Step 2: Describe the project
The most important step of Project Management processes is to identify the purpose of project. In this process, the researcher understands the root questions that create the new opportunity for business. Essential program also focus in this stage of project management.
Stage 3: Design Evaluation
In this stage, the project management team understands what is project and meets the project requirements with the consensus of stakeholders. The reality of project is to cover the essential tasks through logical model approach. For feedback to stakeholders, the knowledge requires in order to evaluate the task. Focuses on project efficiency, a manager can meet the business criteria as the result of which appropriate medium use for next step’s selection.
Step 4: Gather evidences
This stage is particularly based on detail of collecting evidences that helps to improve the quality of project. The main aspect of business project is to consider the qualitative approaches to collect the detail about project. Qualitative information can be measured an essential technique to interpret the whole project. The main stakeholders of business management prefer quantified outcomes of business project.
Step 5: Analyze results
At this stage of project management process, management develops the type of data that directly analyse the performance of project. Data should be in spreadsheet or in database that will help to analyses the data and able to give the productive outcomes. The specific outcomes will help the manager to make a sense and provide the guidelines on how management can address issue. The qualitative data approach is better to interpret the conclusion of large project. It is beneficial to collect the data through qualitative, which can be analyzed through coding. Quantitative data is difficult to analyses the situation. Project management develops software for a specific coding and interpreting the results from collected data. Coding helps to develop a structure of business analysis that will identify the area for investigating the project.
Stage 6: Report finding
The main purpose of project report is to evaluate the information that will help to improve the project. While managing the project it is important to develop the values that will help to learn the solution for project and develop the rationale to identify the processes according to the interest of stakeholders. The result can be evaluated through databases and find out the uses of data into practical implementation. To identify the project it is important to improve the system, which would be accountable to justify the funds availability to resolve the problem.
Conclusion
In this paper, the author evaluated that different steps use to measure the performance of project. Through project research plan, the management can easily identify the problem of project that stakeholder faces within complementation of project.
