Relationship Training

We identify the cause of why relationships do not work out, and how fractured relationships impact on individuals, businesses, work productivity and drop in finances for business and organisations.
Once identifying the origin of relationship breakdowns and tracing it, we begin to work on supporting people to emotionally resolve within themselves and break the negative behaviour patterns; we help develop strategies for self-regulation when people’s emotions are triggered, by offering restorative practices with other staff, or management.
