The target audience of the company is an important aspect of any marketing activity. The presence of the target audience allows focusing on a particular group of consumers in order to create the perfect product for them, to sell in the right place and with the right communication. The target audience defines the boundaries of the company's target market and is determined using the special marketing research. In fact, the target audience is a group of people who need our goods and services and who are interested in the advantages offered by the product (Evans, 2013).
GoFresh: Target Audience
• Individual consumers of goods and services are the largest type of our target audience. It is practically the entire population of the city. They will buy goods for themselves, their family members and children. This group includes married couples aged between 20 and 60 years who are engaged in family and home affairs (perhaps, they work) and do not have time to go to the store or want to treat themselves with something new and tasty. It may also be the organization of some family celebrations: GoFresh will help to prepare it.
• Representatives of the business world, for example, directors of commercial and non-commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs, etc. This segment includes men and women 25-50 years old, whose income is average or above average. They have a very active lifestyle, so it is really necessary for them to use our delivery.
• Experts and professionals in certain fields: doctors, teachers, accountants, lawyers, auditors, notaries, university professors, designers, freelancers. These are people (men and women) aged from 18 to 50 who are unable to leave the workplace due to their liabilities or do not have time for it (but they are really hungry!)
• Schoolchildren and students of both genders are one of the largest target audiences. Probably, they will use GoFresh in order to prepare for some event or party.
• Also, young mothers who cannot leave the child to go out for shopping will be our customers.
• Among the patients of hospitals (both sexes, aged from 20 years) Go Fresh will be popular. This group also includes disabled people who find it difficult to make purchases in the store.
• Men and women 16-60 years old, who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, will also become an integral part of our business.
Having analyzed the target audience of GoFresh, we can conclude that the business will be profitable, useful and successful.
