Based on the various achievements, my dedication to the work I do, and the focus I have on this job, I think I have been able to accomplish a lot and that I deserve a promotion. There are various activities, and tasks that I have been able to undertake that have not only left me wondering, but have also put my ability to work at a higher level. Based on the capabilities and the achievements I have been able to bring to my organization, I feel proud of myself, and I feel that the work I do is part of me.
I have been able to take all the tasks given to me without complaint, no matter how risky the teams might be. I have been able to venture into dangerous areas in the world, such as the terror-stricken parts of Turkey, Istanbul, Ankara, Adana and Gaziantep. I have been able to show the ability to lead, giving all the characteristics of a leader. I have been able to conduct primary missions in the Turkey territory, achievements that give me the motivation to keep moving, such as the discovery of a rogue in a mission in Ankara. The development helped in the saving of the life of the other teammates, by having it fixed fast enough and also making its durability a success, of five years (Nain, par 3).
I have been dedicated to the work that I do, giving it all my time and attention to ensure its success. The success of the job and its accomplishment is all based on the average time I spend either rectifying or even making new items for the organization. All my devotion and will to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are achieved is determined by my set objectivity and targets for the team. I have been able to operate as a solo worker in areas such as Europe, Turkey, and even Russia. The ability to work with no supervision and even achieve my goals and targets should place me in a better position for a promotion.
I have been able to display essential characteristics and even abilities in the management and leadership positions, either as a team player or even a solo worker. I have been in the leading position in the discovery of some key organizational goals, such as the mission in Turkmenistan, where I oversaw the construction of the organizational buildings and offices, for the sake of relocating the corporate offices and even aid in the renovation of the older buildings.
The support that I offer to the departmental secretaries, as well as the security detail is very significant. I have been able to avail myself, anytime, anywhere to provide support and even my expertise in the process of protecting the top organizational personnel, as well as the organizational goals achievement (Capko, par 2).
I have been able to show a very clear and distinct character when it comes to the operational tasks. I have been able to not only d quality work but also express myself in a manner that puts the tasks I do in a better position for both the organization and the users. In a mission in Italy, I was able to make and even improve the radio signals, for a very clear radio communication system, improving the initial system by a three hundred percent, accuracy.
Based on my ability to understand my taskforce, my ability to work without supervisions, my ability to offer support to the top organizational detail should place me in a better position for a promotion. My ability to work in a terror-stricken nation, like Turkey, is an indication that I am focused and willing to devote all my life to the organization. I understand the organizational goals and targets, and so, I am a good choice for the organization, shall any promotion be given.
