The essay presents the best arguments by first describing the values of the university, the current situation, and the implications of the situation and then offers a solution to the problem. In other words, the paper begins by describing the passion of Berkeley University towards matters such as free speech, and political activism but also recognizes the importance of such activities taking place in a civilized manner. The paper then gives the case of the troubling, violent incidence and their impacts such as citations from the police, and uncertainty amongst people in the campus fraternity.
The paper then gives clear solutions to the problem and the actions being taken. These include actions such as principles of community, use of proper channels of conflict resolution, practicing civility and changing the equity and inclusion division. This essay is well organized and presents the arguments in a clear manner unlike essay one where the arguments are vague and purely based on statistics. Essay #3 on the other hand also falls short in that the solution given does not relate to the problem. In other words, Karen proposes for a change of work time to improve output, but the underlying reason is to attend therapy sessions for the daughter.
