Introduction
The movie is about the murders committed by Mrs. Bates because her jealousy of seeing Norman with a beautiful woman. Marion made a mistake of running with her employee client’s money and become the first victim. On her way to her lover's place she decides to spend a night in the Bate Motel where she was stub to death by an old jealous woman (Norman’s mother) after being seen with Norman. Marion disappearance also leads to the death of a detective who was also stub while trying to investigate the where about of Marion.
The shareholder of the movie includes Marion, Norman, Mrs. Bates, and Sam Loomis. They played the major role in the movie outlining the consequences of stealing and the jealousy. Marion and Sam at one point in their life regretted for their action and opted to correct the mistake before it’s too late. The gatekeepers are the characters that supported the main character to make the movie successful. These include Lila Crane, Arbogast, John Mclntire (sheriff). They assisted the main characters in response to a report of the miss person and theft.
The medical attention Norman received for a period of 22 year is a clearly indication of the role of nursing. During the process of treating the disorder nursing services were very crucial that is Norman felt the care from the medical institution. Norman later got married to Connie who was a nurse. Connie gave her husband the attention required for him to recover from the disorder and lived a separate life from his mother’s. For instance, she gave him enough reason of not killing her when he developed a feeling that the unborn baby would become a monster. The entire treatment process from both the psychiatrist and his wife Connie result to the development of a new set of mind and set him free from his mother.
