Business Qualifications.
For a business to have a minimum of 5 employees, certain requirements are required to ensure that the firm can maintain such a workforce. Services or goods offered by a company should be able to attract a large clientele so as to meet the minimum labor requirements to assist in the dissemination of duties according to d’Amboise (1988). Culdish has more than five employees who have different functions including chefs and accountants and waiters and waitresses. For a business to have been in operation for three years, there must be a constant flow of customers and most fundamentally sustainable profits to ensure business continuity. Minimum requirements of maintaining a restaurant must also be met for the years that the firm has been in operation that is inclusive of the legal and social requirements of the business.
The logic behind the selection of the business is due to the business meeting all the defined requirements a small business should possess. The business has been in existent for four years employing more than 15 individuals, and though it seems small, it holds a considerable number of clientele in its area of operation. Personally, the restaurant has been used, and their services were exquisite while the restaurant company seems to be enjoying great success.
