This book is generally for people who have overwhelming number of things to do, and want to achieve the state of high performance. At some given time, everyone has experienced a situation where progress seemed limitless, and everything effortless. The book helps people in such situations to achieve their consciousness and wonderful state of mind.
The first section of the book gives an overview of how an individual can get more things done in a relaxed way. The methods are based on capturing everything that needs to be done, and disciplining one’s self to make decisions about all the things needed in order to plan for the next actions that can be implemented or renegotiated at any moment. The key concept is that everything has its time and place. When everything happens at the right time and in the right place, people feel greatly in control and stop the unnecessary worries.
The second section highlights how an individual can implement the process of getting things done in a relaxed way (stress-free productivity). The process involves writing down everything when one makes a new commitment, have useful thoughts, or takes new responsibilities. What follows is a review of the list and deciding what should be done next for every item. When the issue is simple, an individual needs to identify the action and then implement it. When the issue is tougher, one needs to schedule the appropriate time to handle the issue in details. You need think, organize the results of your thinking, decide what to do, and then do it. When the problem is much tougher, you need identify your principles and purpose, and then brainstorm the issue with others for the best outcomes.
When things are in their right place at the right time, the accomplishments grow and the pressure decreases. The final section provides insights that help an individual appreciate the process, be more relaxed, have more energy, and accomplish more tasks with less effort. When large tasks are broken down into manageable sizes, rapid progress is likely to occur.
