The continuing education should not exceed 45 classroom hours inclusive of examination. The course should be provided by registered real estate institution of accredited school. Satisfactory completion of continuing education is based on standard approved by the Commission (O'Donnell, 2002). Those who do not complete the education before renewal of the license leads to the nullification of license.
According to the state law, the property manager is responsible for staff. The property manager has the responsibility to delegate duties to the staff and ensure that all the laws are followed. Also, the property manager advises and evaluate the state on the various recommendations for changes to the adoption of rules, applicable laws, as well as professional standards.
