Everykey is a universal access device that accesses anything that requires a password. The key is Bluetooth enabled to allow easy and quick access to electronics that have been protected by a password. The device uses military grade encryption. The device has had several competitors such as Nymi, Unikey, and Passban. Therefore, to make sure that this brand remains at the top of the market, several factors have to be considered.
The products should be the main concern of the company. The company should, therefore, focus more on the improving the products so that they can take a bigger share of the market. This focus can be identified by doing more research about the market and its needs.
The product should be highly marketed so that it will be greatly known in the market. Just like any product, one has to market it intensively so that it becomes familiar to the buyers. A product that is not identifiable to the market cannot sell. It is only through marketing that products like Unikey and Nymi will not outdo Everykey.
The rules and regulations on how to use the item should be clear and elaborate. This will ease the work of the users. In this case, the company should distribute manuals for use to various clients and in their respective languages. This implies that the manuals should be written in different dialects of various countries.
Decentralization is an important factor towards the development and distribution of the item. This implies that the company should set up several branches each with its manager so that they can operate as independent entity but should be reporting to the host company on a regular basis. These branches should be able to produce these products to reduce the cost of production hence increasing the profit margins.
