In a short time, he demonstrated his ability of comprehending the subjects of the class in the classroom. After observing his positive behaviors in team, his understanding, his contribution to his friends and my teaching, I have suggested his name to the department to be assigned as a teaching assistant. I have assigned many varying teaching duties involving with working cadavers and some surgery operations. He has proved me that he could lead laboratory classes efficiently. Besides his leading capability in the laboratory classes, he also could manage to transform the laboratory classes into fun learning environment for the students.
