Besides, it will lead to an unbalanced settlement in the city that makes life difficult for all the residents. This is because they will lack some of the services that the low-income class offers in the city.
H Street in DC is a home for historical and artistic features that attract tourism. The town organizes an annual cultural event to promote cultural diversity of the people in the city. It is worth to note that the preservation of the culture of the city plays a great role towards increasing high financial returns. This is to mean that the street requires having mixed income classes to foster cultural conservation. Also, the street requires coming up with some policies that would involve the contributions of all the stakeholders. This will lead to enhancement of information sharing within the city. It will also allow them to make decisions regarding the best ways bettering life in the city to enhance satisfactory of all income classes.
