Besides, it gives organizations an opportunity to share data on different processes with other application systems of a corporate. At the start, it was a system for large companies but today the systems are providing solutions to small business in the world. To promote the integration of the systems, vendors were able to develop ERP systems that are easier to install and manage. Besides, due to gradual development in technology, the vendors saw that it was good to avail the application on the internet for easy access and purchase by businesses. In so doing, this encouraged small businesses to go for the application.

Almost all businesses in the world are using the internet to ease their operations. Such devices have various applications that allow the users to connect with business across the world and make transactions. Besides, many businesses have welcomed the idea of websites as part of their business operations. Organizational websites provide details concerning what the company does. Besides, the organizations use their websites to display their products services, market them and sell them to their customers. Customers are free to create accounts using the organizations’ websites through which they exchange information regarding the business.
