Summary
The relationship between the people working on a project has been overlooked. Most IT professionals rely on software and methodologies than on developing relationships between the members of the project. They overlook the social part of undertaking the project. This is an area that has caused many projects to fail (Levingson p 4). The reason why most IT professionals rely on software and methodologies is that most of the curriculum that they undergo is about software and technologies. At the end of the training, most of the IT professionals Assume that for a project to be considered successful, it has to be managed effectively. When projects, it is people who failed to do something and caused the project to fail (Levingson p 4).
Scrum and agile are project management tools that the author says they improve the working relationships between the project members. From these two frameworks, there is a schedule that the IT team meet with the business team to assess the progress of the project.

The topic is about the importance of good working relationships between IT and business for successful businesses. I believe that this is an important topic because of the many projects that are being undertaken for automation of business processes. It is important to have this aspect of management. It adds value to the success of projects. The article has a suitable title. There is proper organization of the material. This is shown in the way the author has organized the content basing on different people who were interviewed on how they have undertaken their projects. The technical level of the article was written at the correct technical level. This is because the intention of the writer was to address both IT and business staff. It required, then that simple language is used. The target audience of the article was the people who are involved in project undertaking. This is for anyone who will be involved in projects. The article was worth reading as there is useful information that has been obtained from reading the article. One social issue within the article is the lack of interactivity between the project team members. There is lack of communication for the people working in a project. This article is important to Information Technology Infrastructure because it helps the students understand the social aspect of communication and relationship building. Students will learn that although learning the technical aspects of giving a solution, they should understand that building relationship is equally important in any project.
