As a Christian it is imperative that there is total conviction in one’s faith and seeking guidance from the Lord through prayer when faced with challenges to make informed and conclusive decisions. Organizational problems are part of everyday challenges that face institutions which need to be resolved amicably with wisdom. A lack of leadership in the school is a serious issue that may affect the whole system as leadership is important in the organization. The biblical instances provided on leadership are finely done as they provide the key facets of leadership that are applicable in a school setting. Guidance and wisdom are essential characteristics that leaders should possess especially in a school setting to guide students to achieve objectives and be successful. Excellent work done.

The problem within the organization has been illustrated from the biblical perspective as spiritual leadership does not exist in the institutional setting. Core areas that are inclusive of wisdom and integrity maintain the visions and goals of the organization. For spiritual growth to be fostered and grown in an organizational setting, it requires high moral standards that will align managerial behavior and spiritual growth. The poor treatment of lower cadre employees is unethical and infuriating especially when there are no significant signs of change from the top brass. Moral influence is critical for the efficient functioning of the organization as well as maintaining the relationship between workers that will curtail depraved treatment between coworkers.
