Objectives of the assignment:
The objectives of the assignment mainly include review of the human resource management practices and methodologies for improved effectiveness of management. The other objective also entails seeking of internal feedback in order to assess the current employee levels of satisfaction.
Final Deliverable
In the end, I expect to develop a progress to enroll in the new stuff to the system include (company ID, Medical insurance, payroll, company email, phone laptop, PC) in 1-2 days. Develop a reword system for the employee and the client.
Anticipated Challenges:
- Nexus is likely o experience labor shortages due to labor turnover rate in flight operations. This will arise due to the high labor exodus the company has experienced in the flight operations .The employees have moved in and out of the company due to the terms and conditions of the human resource department of Nexus.
- The website of Nexus company may not have proper information to in use in decision making; this makes it difficult for the human resource management of Nexus to make the right conclusions with regard to employees.
- Most of the data recorded by Nexus is not very useful to make reasonable conclusions therefore it calls for proper organization of information in Nexus to help in decision making.
- Nexus company have no reliable databases to accommodate all the company wit regard to employees and the labor in general
Planned Approach
I am planning to add the new to the Saudi GOSI as well as Printing Company ID for the new staff. The plan also includes adding the new employees to the payroll as well as provision of the list to the IT department for further company processes.
