The nature of China’s communist government
China has the longest history in the world. The people of China have revolutionary tradition and have jointly created a great culture. After 1840, feudal china greatly reduced to a semi-feudal and semi-colonial culture. The Chinese citizens had to go through heroic struggles in order to gain national independence, liberation for democracy and freedom. In the 20th century, great historical changes have taken place in china significantly. The revolution that was led by Dr Yat-Sen in 1911 destroyed the feudal monarchy which later evolved and became the Republic of China. The citizens of china have not yet fulfilled the historical task of overthrowing feudalism and imperialism. The Communist Party of China together with the chairman Zedong as the leader led the Chinese people from diverse nationalities to overthrow the rule of bureaucrat capitalism, imperialism and feudalism (Constitution of the people’s republic of china, 2004). The aim was to gain victory for the new democratic revolution that was founded by the People's Republic of China. Finally, the citizens of China took power and became the masters of their country.
The Chinese society made a transition from a new- democratic country to a socialist community after the People's Republic was founded. The socialist transformation was completed, the system of exploitation of people was eliminated, and the system of a socialist society was established. The working class who dictated the alliance of workers and peasants was later demolished and converted into a democratic society. China's national security and independence strengthened the country’s national defence. The Chinese Liberation Army thwarted sabotage and aggression by the imperialists armed provocations. Major successes in china have been achieved during the economic development of the country. An independent socialist system has been established causing an increase in agricultural production, a significant progress in cultural, educational and scientific undertakings yielded remarkable results. China's new-democratic revolution improved the living standards of citizens making it a successful socialist society. This was achieved by the Chinese people and the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Mao Zedong and Marxism-Leninism. The role of the country is to control the effort of a socialist modernization. The citizens of China continue to hold on to the democratic dictatorship to improve the socialist legal system and modernize industries, and science and technology to a higher level of democracy and culture. In building socialism China's socialist system should fight those forces that are hostile to the system. The Communist Party of China is made up of people's organizations which embrace citizens of a socialist society. The Chinese Political Conference is a representation of the citizens’ unity which plays a significant role in the social and political life of the country in the struggle for modernization and reunification of China. China is a multi-national state whose Socialist relations have been established and continue to be strengthened for the benefit of the citizens and other nationalities. China adheres to a foreign policy with a territorial integrity for peaceful coexistence and mutual benefit with people of other countries. The Constitution of the country is to uphold the dignity of the citizens and ensure that it has been successfully implemented.
How it functions
China’s communist government functions in a fair and democratic way. The socialist state should not be sabotaged by any organization or individual because it is prohibited. The organs of the constitution should exercise state power at different levels and manage economic, social, and cultural and administer state affairs through various channels in accordance to the stipulated law. The state organs have powers to function between local state and the central organs. They play an important role in leadership and supervision of the central authorities under which they operate. The state protects the interests and lawful rights of the minorities and upholds the relationship of all China's nationalities. Oppression and Discrimination against any nationality is prohibited. The basis of a socialist system supersedes the system of exploitation and Violation of the Constitution should be investigated. This ensures the growth and a consolidation of the state economy. The constitution has improved economic results, raises labour productivity, and helps develop productive forces of the working people. This gradually improves the cultural and material life of the people. Economic planning helps in a balanced growth of the country’s economy by regulating the markets. The Republic of China has enabled foreign economic organizations, foreign enterprises and individual foreigners carry out economic roles and invest in China. The state strengthens the legal system by observing rules of conduct which build a socialist civilization. The people are educated on communism, patriotism, internationalism and collectivism which discourage feudalism and capitalism among the citizens. Efficient and simple administration combat bureaucracy by relying on people’s support and taking into consideration their suggestions and opinions. The People's Republic of China armed forces resists aggression, safeguard the people of the state, strengthen national defence and serve people through modernization.
