In Dubai around 60% of the women population is overweight and more than 81% of the female population is expatriates. This gives a clear indication that women need fitness centers in Dubai but they cannot go and do it along with men because of the law. Fernwood has a huge opportunity to grow here.

Dubai is an Islamic city and women are not encouraged to go to gym with men. There is a lot of fitness centers in Dubai but almost all of them are for men. However, with the recent progressive trend in the region even the Muslim women are coming out of the house to participate in all aspects of life. Fitness center definitely is one business with huge scope for potential growth and very little competition.
