Formal and Informal Groups
In every organization, team work is very essential since it allows better outputs and creates better bonding between the management and the employees. Whether a formal or informal organizations, commitment of work teams towards working together is a very critical factor that enhances the success of the team if they are effective. Formal and Informal groups have an influence which is very influential when it comes to the Cigna Health care effectiveness. This organization deals with the health of individuals and therefore, both the formal and the informal groups in the organization need to arise when the opportunities develop.
The major role of work teams in Cigna Health Care is to strengthen and build proper and productive relationship in the work place and also build mutual trust and understanding. Proper relationships help the management and the employees to know and comprehend each other and thus promote the easy flow of communication. This enables each person in the organization to feel free and contribute in the organizations decision making, a trait that leads to development of effective ways of satisfying the customers and working towards the organizational goals.
This is very important since it enhances higher productivity and success in the organization. In order to maximize the groups’ benefit as a leader I must ensure that Cigna Health Care uses its strengths to advantage and we are able to manage the weaknesses as a team. This will clearly show that we are aware of the potential pitfalls and we can avoid them. This has enabled the organization to create and deliver proper services to their clients and create a better public image compared to other organizations doing the same work.
