The following is the qualitative doctoral study that I have selected and its abstract. The consideration for the study as a qualitative study stems from its use of a literature review to study the research topic. The review of a doctoral study as a preliminary to a doctoral study offers a researcher the oversight of how to organize a doctoral study. The Writing Center at the University of Wisconsin, Madison (2009) recommends that analyzing or peer reviewing something it is important to include what one sees and identify what is missing. As such, this the evaluation of the doctoral paper will target to evaluate the qualitative aspects of the study. The issues of corporate sustainability, eco-innovation, responsible leadership, organizational culture, and change among others can all be evaluated as qualitative aspects that have huge effects on the sustainability of companies (Paraschiv, et al. 2012). A qualitative study such as the one selected here stands to present subjective experiences that offer insights to the reasons why certain phenomena present themselves in a specific manner (Creswell, 2009).

Abstract
It is vital for organizations to come up with sustainable development strategies in order to minimize the risks that relate to tight legislations, as well as the increased cost of natural resources and energy in the face of increasing customer demand. Effective sustainability requires that social and environmental aspects integrate into the operations, vision, and culture of an organization. As such, organizations ought to have clear processes of organizational change.
This paper purposes to present the critical driver of sustainability on corporations. After an elaborate review, the paper shows the link between the following elements-responsible leadership- building and sustaining moral and strong relationships amongst all stakeholders, corporate sustainability – or the necessity in the modern global context; eco-innovation – as a method of implementing sustainability in organizations; organizational culture and organizational change – these are the basic elements through which organizations progressively reinvent their processes as well as their products. The organizations renew themselves by adapting them to a new context. In addition, the paper presents an overview of organizations that are active in Romania in matters of sustainability practices. The paper also considers the ecological part of sustainable development, by presenting the results of an investigative questionnaire-based research. As such, this research reflects the criticality of visionary management and leadership in the adoption and the implementation of sustainable organizational practices.
