Abstract
Steve Jobs was well renowned CEO of Apple Inc. He is chosen for this paper due to his influential and entrepreneurial business and technological innovations. His achievements include introducing iPhone, iPad, iMac, iTunes, iPod and iCloud. Jobs had enormous excitement for product quality. He persisted on elegant plan and simplicity. Steve, not like other CEO of the companies, he became tremendously absorbed in details, particularly when it get nearer to a product and how the product was marketed. One of the reasons of reputation and fame of Steve Jobs was his magnetic personality and unbelievable showmanship, which he confirmed at all Apple events. It is crystal clear, however, that Steve Jobs was warm tempered, could easily begin shouting at employees and diminish them to cry. This paper not only focuses on the strengths of Steve Jobs but also addresses his weaknesses. This paper has been prepared to present the personality of Steve Jobs in a neutral manner.

The co-founder, chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Apple Inc. was an American national named Steve Jobs. He was basically an entrepreneur of the business world. Through Apple Inc., He was generally recognized as a pioneer of personal computer (PC) and mostly for the revolution regarding his influential occupation in the PC and purchaser electronics fields. Jobs also co- originated and served as CEO of Pixar Animation Studios. In the year 2006 he also became a part of the board of directors of Walt Disney Corporation.
