RE: Team building
This is to notify the members of the team of the meeting that is to be held in the essence, which seeks to address the problems that have arisen due to the new market of our team opened in Canada. In this context as a team leader of the new market segment of our team branch in Canada, I am in this context addressing the problem that did arise due to the delayed delivery of the few items shipped to the new market location.
The overview which lies on the context of the daily decisions we make as a team in the areas related to the new market positioning and effective segmentation, we evaluate and think they are simple in the daily basis but they are rather complex in the longer run.
In this context the problem did arose in the context brought by the paper works problems by the customs. Our representatives of the team in the Canadian branch have already sent complains in relation to the context under which they want the problem to be addressed with the urgency it deserves.
I am writing this to inform all of you as the team members to avail yourself to the meeting, and consequently on the same avail the relevant ideas furbished with huge amounts of information. This is in the context that explores the many different ideas and drowned from many strands of experience. We wish to highlight the profound consequences and resolve the problems with the suggested solutions that should be implemented immediately. This is because if they are not implemented immediately the company will be in the most difficult position and on the contrary may lose the granted opportunity to successfully explore the new market segment.
