Additionally, the economic interconnectedness is steadily growing and thus the local economic conditions are no longer a pure result of high domestic influence. These aspects have brought about the realization that geographical barriers to conduct business are gradually disappearing. Consequently, this brings about more opportunities through the ease of access to the best resources offered worldwide. The success of the elements will also involve restructuring of the enterprise services in successive ways that aim at curbing competitors. This project will bring out the activities carried out by managers within the organization when faced with such issues. When managers were faced with a global challenge within their organization, they should take part in two activities. The first action entails making firm decisions and stands regarding their true identity. Secondly, they should work towards developing greater cross-cultural competencies that allow them to adapt to the ways of others or understand the behavior of the others competitors. The expansion of companies into foreign markets continues especially in the automotive industry. This process entails complex operations that require understanding and successful managers who are ready for long term development.
In addition, the main topic of this research will involve the ability of the successful management of a global company in an increasing complex environment. It will mean trying to understand the influence of culture in various contexts. The German International Company was established in Germany built soon established its operation in other regions such as Russia, Denmark, and Italy. This expansion has led the company to face challenges through intensive competitions as well as issues related to the standardization of the operations as problem-solving between these parties. This project also seeks to determine international marketing strategies that would help in solving the problems within the company. Importance of the project
The international operations of the company entail consideration on the mission in terms of what it will seek to do and become over the years or the purpose of the enterprise's existence. Additionally, the company should focus on its objectives in terms of what the company is trying to accomplish according to its mission. That should have followed closely by evaluation of the strategies in terms of what it means to achieve its objectives. Most enterprises take part in businesses overseas with the aim of minimizing the risks brought about by competitors as well as gather resources and expand sales. This may also be coupled with diversification of sources of sales and supplies with the aim of minimizing competitive Risk. These aspects serve as a defense mechanism as businesses aim at protecting their operations from local enterprises that stand to benefit from their activities.
The other reasoning behind the entry of firms into international transactions entails the fear that some might benefit more than others. Therefore, most companies penetrate into foreign markets with the aim of preventing other companies from enjoying the benefits from the competitive point of view. The fear of other companies getting an upper hand in the international market, significantly contributes to enterprises expanding their operations with the aim of preventing their competitors from acquiring the full benefits. Arguably, expansion into international markets entails manufacturers as well as distributors seeking products from foreign markets. It may also be coupled with identifying the challenges in the international business. This paper aims at identifying the shortcomings involved in operating internationally through analysis of the global marketing strategy. It will facilitate in creating an understanding of the factors participating in marketing goods and services to international markets.

In this case, the German International company will understand the aspects required while conducting business in Italy while those in Italy will understand the concepts incorporated to have the products ready. This understanding will also shed light to the realization of issues affecting the growth within the company in terms of increase in competition, liberalization of inter-border movements. That would be achieved by through development involved in supporting services in global competitions.
Hypothesis
The determination of appropriate practices and skills necessary for standardizing the operations for solving the problems between the parties will require extensive research on the organization. In addition, management of global enterprises in terms of desired outcomes within a different workforce. The best analysis in this case will occur through data acquired from research on one of the leading companies in the production of paint. The International Company has its operations in most countries in America and Europe. That entailed production centers, branch offices as well as distributors. The workforce within in a particular country utilizes domestic and homogenous activities mixed in different regions. Additionally, the customers involve similar international companies operating in various parts of the world. Therefore, which management practices and skills as well as standardization of the operations as problem-solving between the two parties.
Research Methodology
The suitable method in analyzing this issue includes the use of the analytical approach to describing the process of the intervention that may apply to both parties. This approach attempts to explain the complex phenomenon in terms of managing inter-cultural workforce. It will be achieved with the aim of ensuring similar output from the same company in different cultures. The use of secondary data from a variety of literature sources provides a platform where common theoretical approaches may be achieved. That might occur as an attempt to compare the methods with those already implemented in the company. The standardization of the operations as problem- solving tools between the parties will require pointing out the cultural perspective of the company, the different orientations that may facilitate the interpretation of particular business behaviors. Additionally, this may also involve various instances of openness to different perspectives among the different culture as well as factors affecting inter-cultural communication the most.
The research methodology would also incorporate a collection of data from various representative companies in the different countries. The collection of primary data would occur through interviews as well as questionnaires. The open-ended interviews may bring about benefits if used appropriately. In this case, the questionnaires developed will allow the respondents to think clearly through formation of situations. The research will target the personnel from mid-management as well as those at the top as inter-cultural differences occur at all levels of the organization. Additionally, there will be surveys submitted to in different countries where the company has its operations. That would provide a better chance of comparing the data collected from various cultural, business, as well as political backgrounds. Most of the primary data will be collected from the company's headquarters in order to determine the overall standardization processes involved in the operations engaged in solving problems. In addition, the research will also require secondary data from written materials through emphasizing on the company's activities.
Furthermore, the main reasons of the study will help in understanding the ways in which people act or even account for their actions. These research techniques will brings about some enhancement in the clarification of the aspects that bring about inter-cultural issues. The research methods will reduce the possibility of variability as well as interpretation of the broader research context. These matters would be significant in the formation health and safety regulations applied in the world.
